I love to laugh and smile. I like to meet new people!!! I have major mood swings.. and it affects my day and who im with at that moment. But for the most part im usually a happy person. I like learning new things. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I'm very much into fashion and basically anything that has to do with that. I love taking pictures when im bored. Music is the best! Dont think i can live without it at all.. I love to dance. My family is a big part of my life and they mean the world to me. I dont know what i'd do without them!

OK so. im a bloody bum with my blog!
sadly ive gone to that... the neglecting my page!

well theres alot that i could say during the update... but. im not going to..
its all lame stufies..

Altho. I have been like working out at the gym religiously.
and ive noticed that ive become wayy picky with my food.. i mean i still dont eat veggies... but im like eating healthier! haha!

And like instead of readig my trashy cosmo mags and all my fashion mags ive been reading fitness mags. likes shape, health. ya know. stuff like that.
im amazed at how much influenced teh gym had on me.

Last year.. when ever i wanted to to go the gym i usually chicken out on it, cos i have this fear where people are watching me... so i get like self concious and stuff... but after being a regular at the gym... I LOVE IT. I mean ive always loved the pain i feel when i work out... but i really love going to the gym. haha. I like going with a group of people too.. that way your pushing yourself more. so you dont feel like your not puttin in any effort. Im really determined to lose all my excess weight ive gained over the past 2 yrs plus.

I spent like about an hr plus plus in the gym a day.
I go like 4 to 5 times a week.
My workouts consists of :

Cardio - Eliptical :about 30mins at dificultylevel 3 or 4.
- Treadmill : about 30 mins walk/jog

Streches - Simple ones. do a lil yoga moves with that. For about 15 mins.
- Abs. Pilates. basic pilates 101 - plus a few extra tight crunches

Arms - (machine) Biceps. Like a lat pulldown machine. about 3 reps. ; 15pds
- (machine) Triceps. Triceps extensions. about 3 reps too. ; 10pds

Sauna - About 15 mins in the sauna to cool down.

SO yeah. thats my basic work outs ive been doing.. and some extra stuff.

I'll put up like a link for a simple pilates move.
Its pretty easy and really good.
